Welding

The George Evans Corporation will stock your material, fabricate your parts, assemble and weld the final product, pack and ship to your designated location within your timeframe and budget.

GEC provides a complete range of welding processes (CAW, OAW, SMAW, FCAW, GMAW, GTAW) and mechanical assembly tools. Welding is manual or robotic process determined by part configuration and length of run. Whether you specify MIG, TIG, stick, or spot welding (RSW), your projects are completed in an efficient and timely manner meeting quality requirements.

Each of our welders is qualified to AWS D1.1. Standards. The experienced George Evans Corporation production welders accommodate all grades of carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. GEC welders use the techniques required for welding plate, sheet, bar, tubing, channel and “I” beam shapes. Our welders are especially skilled in welding light gage material to heavy bar stock. Special handling equipment, hoists fixtures and a flexible building layout permit rapid, cost-effective throughput of your welded products.
